The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 5.30pm.
Closed every Monday except on public holidays, when the exhibition is open from 10am to 5.30pm.
From 1st July to 31 August, the exhibition is open every day from 10am to 5.30pm.

No, children who accompany you are entitled to free admission (max. 2 children per adult/senior/young adult).
Who is eligible for the Children’s rate?
This rate is for children aged between 7 and 14.

No, accompanying adults pay the normal adult rate.

How long can I stay in Tintin’s Imaginary Museum?
You can stay as long as you like. Only your arrival time is fixed. On average, a visit lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Can I bring a pram or pushchair?
No, these items are prohibited for safety reasons. You can leave them at the exhibition entrance. We suggest you bring a baby carrier.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs are authorised.
Where is the entrance to Tintin’s Imaginary Museum?
Tickets can be purchased at the Tourist Office reception desk, and the entrance is located at Rue du Marché, 1, 4900 Spa (087/79 53 53).
Is Tintin’s Imaginary Museum accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. A PRM toilet is available in the Tourist Office reception area.
Are there seats available in the exhibition areas?
Yes, benches are available.
